SJCAM SJ4000 Air Action Camera

Bought the A10 camera.
The official website said the model is compatible with external microphones.
Unfortunately, it is not. And I also have the SD Card socket issue (straight out of the box) can not remove the card with nails.
After contacted the SJCam warranty team, they agreed for the error on the microphone, but escape the point about SD card socket; and willing to exchange the camera.
But days after.... Not a single reply. They ignore any emails.
This brand is really bad, they do not focus on product longevity but rather on cheap and one shot sale. Never buy SJCam, there are more serious competitors around !!!

I recently got this camera and bought a Samsung microSD memory card for it. I didn't get an owners manual with this camera so I tried everything I can think of but this card will not work in the camera. I tried the card in another camera I have and it works perfectly. I don't want to buy another expensive card to try it. I think the camera may be faulty. Is there something else I should try?

This camera is great. The pictures and videos are good quality. I love the front camera! It makes taking selfies so much easier, rather then just guessing and taking a bunch of pics just in case. It's more affordable then other action cameras but still good quality and made to go really deep underwater. It even includes many of the accessories you would want. I don't have anything negative to say.

Picture quality is every bit as good as the GoPro Hero 4 that I use it in conjunction with. I use it in an airplane so I do wish that there was an ND filter that I could attach to the lens to blur the slow moving propeller affect caused by the shutter speed. Otherwise you can't beat the price too.
