SJCAM Action Camera SJ8 Air

I will post this review everywhere on the internet, as long as you do not send me a replacement product!

I have bought an A10 camera 6 months ago, but had 2 issues straight off the box :
1) The SD card can not be removed by fingers. It stucked inside
2) The camera isn’t compatible with external microphone, in opposition as the official website specifications
After contacted the SJCam warranty support, they admitted their error for the point #2 but nothing about point #1. They accepted to exchange the defective camera, but later on, stopped to answer any emails. So they do not offer any warranty support. Their quality and attitude are garbage.
BETTER TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON OTHERS COMPANIES
Also, they daily remove the bad “customer reviews”, so you can be sure their REVIEWS are TOTAL FAKE.

The action camera is great for the price! The video quality is great!! It gets warm when shooting 4K video, but I have not had it long enough to tell if this will give me issues. The touch screen if fairly response.

I was not disappointed when I bought this camera to replace an older dash cam. My only complaint is that since not all the settings work with all the video resolutions, it would have been helpful had the manual specified which combinations worked and which didn't.

Since there are 23 possible resolutions, arriving at the best settings for your needs (hence the 4 stars). But the stills/videos are excellent, and the distortion correction setting works extremely well. Excellent camera and excellent value when you add it to the box of accessories.

I have been considering an action camera for several years, but never willing to pay the price. If I was going to get one, I decided to do it this year for a ski trip out west. After researching, I decided to go with a middle-of-the-road price. This camera does VERY well on a middle road.

The video is excellent from my walk in the woods. I used the 1080p setting to use the stabilizer, which is necessary if you're moving. I purchased the extra batteries/battery charger – which I think is necessary.

It's hard to tell battery life since I'm still playing with it, but I'm guessing 30–40 minutes. I also purchased the external microphone. However, the built-in is very good. I mainly purchased the external to narrate while doing a planned helicopter tour. The accessories are also nicely priced.
