This Return & Refund Policy only applies to (“shop.sjcam.com”) products purchased for your own use and not for resale.
This Return & Refund Policy only applies to orders placed via shop.sjcam.com.
By purchasing SJCAM products, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
How to obtain after-sales services
Please contact SJCAM support team by sending an email to support@shop.sjcam.com.
After-sales services may not be provided, and After-sales Policy may be different in some areas. Additional charges may apply outside of SJCAM’s service areas. Please contact SJCAM for information specific to your location.
Return, refund, replacement and repair
30-Day Return & Refund
Unopened Products: Any unopened Product purchased directly from shop.sjcam.com can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
Opened Products: Products purchased directly from shop.sjcam.com that are opened can be returned for a refund subject to the following conditions:
-Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
-A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight.
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
Products are non-refundable if they are damaged, abused or missing any accessories.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sjcam.com
Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.
30-Day Replacement of Defective Products
You can request for Replacement Service for defective products purchased from shop.sjcam.com(calculating from the next day when the product is received) by sending an email to support@sjcam.com within 30 calendar days of receiving the products. If it meets the replacement service requirements, the warranty period of the replacement product should be recalculated.
Repair or Replacement of Products within Period of Warranty
Out of the “30 Days Replacement of Defective Products” period, you can still return the defective products purchased from shop.sjcam.com for repair or replacement if the warranty period has not expired.
The customers are responsible to ship the return back and the shipping cost.

Return & Refund Service and Replacement Service will not be provided where:
A legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including earthquakes, fire, floods, lightning strikes, or transportation accidents.
A product sent to SJCAM for Return & Refund and Replacement Services does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging.
A product is not delivered to SJCAM within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from SJCAM.
Not all products for Return & Refund and Replacement Services are sent to SJCAM.
Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided, and the package was not rejected during sign for.
Any fault or damage of the product is caused by non-manufacturing factors, unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
Initiate a return: Please email us at support@sjcam.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Purchases from Third-Parties
For Products purchased from a third-party retail store, each individual retailer will have its own returns policy. Please contact the retailer you purchased from to determine its return policy and process. The Return & Refund policy described in this page applies to Products purchased directly from shop.sjcam.com.
